Adam is a highly specialised and skilled personal trainer, paediatric, and musculoskeletal physiotherapist based in South Oxford. He has been working with babies and children for over 16 years, gaining valuable experience as a paediatric physiotherapist, deputy manager, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) coordinator in one of the leading paediatric physiotherapy centres in Oxfordshire.

Over the last 14 years, he has also worked as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, soft tissue therapist, and personal trainer, helping both everyday individuals and professional athletes in their recovery processes. Adam is trained in a range of advanced therapeutic techniques, including Cuevas Medek Exercise (CME) therapy, Movement Analysis and Education Strategies (M.A.E.S.) therapy, NDT-Bobath Concept, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Fascial Manipulation, Vojta Therapy, Kinesiotaping, and various types of soft tissue therapy and massage.

He is also a certified wheelchair basketball coach, wellness instructor, and a recognised fitness instructor and personal trainer by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
